Talleres vs Boca

Talleres are on three league games without a win (two draws and one loss) following their 1-1 away stalemate at newly-promoted Sarmiento, with Rafael Perez finding the equaliser in the 91st minute. Alexander Medina’s men produced an irregular campaign so far, having accumulated five points in four rounds. On a positive note, they have been unbeaten in the last ten home matches, with six victories and four draws since losing to Boca Juniors 2-1 in February 2020.

Velez Sarsfield’s six-match winning run in league action came to an end last weekend, when the team had nothing to do against Boca Juniors’ offensive power and ended up losing 7-1 at home. However, Mauricio Pellegrino’s men are sharing the top of group B table with Lanus and Independiente on nine points. El Fortin are also unbeaten across their last seven domestic matches on the road, with five victories and two draws in that span.
