Racing vs Union
Racing Club were knocked out in the 2023 Copa Liga Profesional quarter-finals after drawing 2-2 to Rosario Central in Salta and losing on penalties in the context of a disappointing season (for example, La Academia only qualified for the Copa Sudamericana). However, they still are on seven league games unbeaten in regular time (winning three and drawing four). At home, Racing managed seven points from the last nine available in this competition.
