Racing vs River

Racing Club have been dropped out of the fight for the league title last Saturday, when they succumbed to an unexpected 3-1 away defeat to CA Central Cordoba’s alternative XI. Following a three-match unbeaten streak of two victories and one draw, El Millonario accumulated 43 points in the Liga Profesional and finally secured their ticket to the 2025 Copa Libertadores. In fact, River succumbed to a single defeat across their last nine league games as the visiting side, winning three and drawing five in that time. Coach Marcelo Gallardo can pick from all his regulars to visit Racing Club on Sunday.

The top two scoring teams of the league meet here in this last round derby with nothing to play for so I expect an open and entertaining game that should have goals.
