Patronato won’t be able to qualify for the Fase Campeonato following their 0-0 home draw with Gimnasia LP last Monday, which represented the team’s first point in this competition after three consecutive defeats (five in total if we consider last season). On away turf, Patronato hasn’t claimed any victories in their last 13 matches, registering five draws and eight defeats since beating Colon 1-0 in July 2019.
After Gimnasia’s win on Saturday, Huracan now needs to win to re-take the lead of the group, and playing at home against the awful Patronato seems like the perfect spot for them to take the points they need.
