Gimnasia vs Godoy Cruz

On a sorry note, Gimnasia won only one of the last five at Estadio Juan Carmelo Zerillo, along with two stalemates and two losses.
Godoy Cruz continue finding trouble in the league. Last weekend, the team had to settle for a disappointing 1-1 home stalemate against Huracan. That result means El Tomba are on five league games without a win, drawing four and losing one. Therefore, they accumulated 19 points in the Liga Profesional (with one game in hand), now missing the Copa Libertadores’ zone in the aggregate table by one point. Godoy Cruz won only one of the last eight on away turf, along with three stalemates and four losses.
Gimnasia has only conceded 2 goals in the last 8 games and they are looking great defensively, while Godoy Cruz has been struggling with no wins in the last 6 and some poor performances so I’m going to trust the more in form hosts to take the win.
