Deportivo Riestra vs Barracas Central

Deportivo Riestra couldn’t hold onto their lead last time out and ended up losing 2-1 away at Instituto. El Malevo are without a win in their last seven league matches (six stalemates and one defeat), but they remain performing a very good season in their top-flight debut in history: Cristian Fabbiani’s men accumulated 33 points in the Liga Profesional and are sitting into 20th spot of the aggregate table. Riestra are unbeaten in their last 11 home matches, winning seven and drawing four.

Barracas Central were lucky last Monday, when they were dominated from beginning to end but managed to secure a scoreless stalemate against Tigre, playing as hosts at Lanus. El Guapo continue to produce a terrible performance, accumulating only 21 points after winning only one of their last five in this competition, along with two draws and two losses. As a result, they remain bottom in the Liga Profesional table, trailing Banfield by two points with two rounds to go.

Riestra continues with their impressive undefeated run at home but 4 of the last 5 were draws. Barracas is probably the worst team in the league but they are coming to this game with an undefeated streak of 3 games. Nothing interesting can be expected from these two except a boring game as they have nothing to play for, so I’ll go for the UNDER.
