Colon vs Tigre
Colon are deflating their performance game after game. Last Tuesday, the team played a terrible game and suffered a deserved 3-0 away defeat at CA Central Cordoba. Therefore, El Sabalero extended their winless streak to four league matches, drawing two and losing two in the process. Having grabbed 15 points in 14 games in the Liga Profesional, the team seem to be running out of aims for the remainder of the season. As a result, coach Sergio Rondina left the club after only seven matches in charge.
Tigre wasted another chance of climbing into the Copa Sudamericana places in the aggregate table last Wednesday, when they drew 0-0 at home against league leaders Atletico Tucuman in a hard-fought game. However, El Matador are on five league matches unbeaten (winning two and drawing three) and accumulated 18 points in 14 points in the Liga Profesional, a decent campaign for one of the newly-promoted teams.
Colon hasn’t won in a while and they will be under an interim coach, but Tigre is not reliable enough either so I’m going with the OVER here.
