Central Cordoba vs Lanus

Accumulating 17 points in 15 matches in the Liga Profesional, El Ferroviario are still facing relegation threats, leading Aldosivi (who are occupying the first drop spot in the respective table) by only three points. On a positive note, Central Cordoba are on two consecutive home successes (over Defensa y Justicia and Colon without even conceding).
Matias Perez’s strike in the 94th minute allowed Lanus to celebrate a much-needed 1-0 home success over Sarandi Arsenal in a hard-fought game last Sunday. The team managed to break a ten-match winless streak of two draws and eight defeats in league action to make it ten points in the Liga Profesional,. They are still bottom in that table and should continue grabbing points to stay away from relegation threats in 2023. Lanus are on 18 away matches without a win in domestic action, having drawn five and lost 13 in that spell.
Lanus are just terrible despite last week’s win and have been awful playing away, so I have to expect Central Cordoba to get a much needed win here.
