Boca Juniors vs River Plate
Boca Juniors showed great improvements last weekend and claimed a remarkable 7-1 away success at Velez Sarsfield (who were on perfect record before the game) after scoring five goals in the second half. River Plate wasted a big chance to climb into the playoff spots in group A last Monday, when they played below expectations and ended up losing 1-0 to Argentinos Juniors at home after conceding in the 91st minute. As a result, the team’s two-game winning run in league action came to an end. El Millonario are now on six points, trailing Godoy Cruz (who occupy the fourth place) by one. On away turf, River lost to Estudiantes 2-1 and beat Platense 1-0 in the league this term.

Another edition of the Superclasico of Argentine football, they met just two months ago in what was a 2-2 thriller and I expect to see goals here as Boca looked great just a week ago in a 7-1 win at Velez and River is always dangerous in attack.
