Banfield vs Lanus

Banfield are now on three league matches without a win (having taken only two points in the process) following a scoreless home draw against San Lorenzo in an uneventful game last Sunday. In spite of having deflated their performance, El Taladro remain occupying one of the playoff places in group A with eight points. At home, they took four from nine on offer as a product of one win, one draw and one defeat.

Lanus get set to visit arch-rivals Banfield after an uneventful scoreless draw at Huracan in their last league match. Following that result, the team made it ten points in five rounds as a product of three victories, one draw and a single defeat, which means they are now occupying fourth spot in group B, two points behind leaders Velez Sarsfield and Independiente. El Granate took four points from nine available on the road this term, having won one, drawn one and lost one.  
 

I’m going with Lanus not to lose this derby as they’ve been more solid lately than Banfield and have a more dangerous attack.
