Banfield vs Arsenal
Banfield seem to have found a way to improve. Last Wednesday, the team produced a good performance to beat Tigre 2-1 away through a brace from winger Juan Bisanz. Therefore, El Taladro made it two victories in a row in the Liga Profesional to accumulate 24 points in 23 rounds, opening a five-point gap over the relegation spot in the respective table, occupied by Huracan at the moment. At home, Banfield secured six points from the last nine on offer, winning two and losing one in that spell. Defensive midfielder Eric Remedi has served his one-game suspension and is ready to return.
Sarandi Arsenal’s crisis seem endless at the moment. Last Thursday, the team couldn’t hold onto their lead and ended up succumbing to a 2-1 home defeat to Defensa y Justicia.
