Arsenal – Barracas Central

 

Sarandi Arsenal fans will have felt disappointed following their 3-3 away draw at CA Central Cordoba as the team conceded the equaliser in the 88th minute. Therefore, the team are now on seven league games without a win, having drawn the last six and lost one. The team accumulated ten points in the Copa Liga Profesional, but last Friday’s point allowed them to stay out of the relegation zone so far. At home, El Viaducto are unbeaten in their last six home matches in domestic action, winning one and drawing five.

Barracas Central had nothing to do against group leaders Estudiantes’ offensive power and suffered a devastating 6-1 home defeat (playing at Huracan) last Saturday. However, the newcomers are performing a decent campaign, accumulating 12 points in ten matches and having earned all of those points since coach Alfredo Berti’s arrival (four wins and two losses in a total of six games under his tutelage).

Arsenal comes from consecutive 3-3 draws, Barracas has conceded goals in all 10 games this season including 6 last weekend, so I definitely have to expect goals here.
