Argentinos Juniors’ fans should have felt gutted after the team’s 1-0 home defeat to Defensa y Justicia last Monday, when they conceded in stoppage time to end up empty-handed. That result extended their winless streak to four league matches (two draws and two losses) and remain on eight points in group A, now four behind the last playoff spot (occupied by Racing Club).

Velez is far from the team they were last season, Argentinos might not be the most solid squad but at home they should be able to win this.
