Aldosivi – Union

Aldosivi continue getting worse week after week. Last Saturday, they played a terrible game and ended up losing 3-1 to Gimnasia LP at home, which represented their sixth defeat in a row in the Liga Profesional. As a result, coach Fernando Gago left the club earlier this week. The side continue occupying the bottom spot in the relegation table, having accumulated 13 points in as many matches in this competition. At home, they lost the last three since beating Colon in round seven.

After three consecutive defeats, Union Santa Fe returned to winning ways last Sunday, when beating Patronato 2-0 at home under interim boss Marcelo Mosset (with Mauro Luna Diale netting a brace). El Tatengue are now occupying one of the mid-table spots in the Liga Profesional’s table on 15 points.

Both will have interim coaches, but while Union comes from a good win last week, Aldosivi is getting worse and worse so I have to go with the visitors not to lose here.
