Godoy Cruz vs Instituto

However, El Tomba made it seven league games unbeaten in league action (two victories and five draws) to accumulate eight points in the Copa Liga Profesional, which keeps them into the Copa Sudamericana zone in the aggregate table. In addition, Godoy Cruz are now on 14 home matches without defeat, winning eight and drawing six in that spell. Left back Thomas Galdames saw a red card against Racing Club last time out and is suspended for Monday.
Instituto fought hard to secure a massive point on their visit to Independiente in round six. The scoreless away draw means La Gloria succumbed to a single defeat in six matches in the Copa Liga Profesional, winning two and drawing three so far. Those nine points allowed them to stay safe from relegation threats at the moment as the side are holding a five-point gap over Gimnasia LP and Velez Sarsfield in the aggregate table. Instituto are unbeaten on away turf in this competition, having grabbed one victory and three draws without even conceding.
Even if Instituto has been solid when playing away, this good Godoy Cruz should be too much for them, especially at Mendoza where they have an impressive undefeated streak.
