Newcastle has shown they can keep it tight v the top teams and they drew 2-2 here in November and beat City 2-1 at home the previous season. It shows that Newcastle can be competitive. Since Guardiola joined City only 2 of the 6 games between these 2 sides have featured more than 3 goals, also with City’s top scorer Serio Aguero being out injured it should further bring down the goal expectancy.
