Brazil’s Neymar will not be Rushed for the World Cup

Brazil’s football coach Tite expressed star player Neymar will not be rushed despite the pressure of the upcoming World Cup tournament in Russia.

Neymar, who plays for Paris Saint-Germain and Brazil’s national team, recently fractured his metatarsal and is currently on his way to recovery.

The winger was injured last February 25th over PSG’s victory against Marseille. After surgery, it was estimated that Neymar needed three full months to recover.

Tite insisted that Neymar’s health is the primary concern and his health won’t be put at risk in the name of Brazil. The coach will still have to assess whether he will call upon Neymar in Brazil’s opening match against Switzerland on June 17 at Rostov Arena.
