Argentina vs Peru
I am betting under 2.25 goals scored here, I expect already qualified Argentina to rotate their team ahead of this match, Peru need to win and even then that may not be enough but i can’t see them even scoring against a vastly superior Argentina team. We have seen in the Euros there is a significant drop off in performance levels when a team has qualified for the next round, Germany, Spain and Portugal scored only 2 goals between them in games v Switzerland, Albania and Georgia which is well below what would be expected in normal circumstances. As well as that there is a heat warning in the area this match is being played in and after a tough match the other day v Canada which was played in high heat conditions where Peru only had 10 men for a long period of that game, I simply can’t see them being able to push for goals so betting under 2.25 goals scored.
