Lanus vs Talleres
Lanus picked up a positive point on their visit to Union Santa Fe last Saturday, securing a valuable 1-1 away draw thanks to Franco Troyansky’s goal in the second half. As a result, El Granate made it five league matches unbeaten, winning two and drawing three in that spell, which allows them to accumulate 34 points and climb into fifth spot of the Liga Profesional table. Furthermore, Lanus are on six home matches without defeat, having won the last five and drawn the previous one. Talleres don’t give up on their fight for the first league title in the club’s history. River already won this weekend and they are now 10 points above Talleres, this means that the 2nd placed team has no choice but to win to keep their very small hopes alive, so I expect an open game between these two good attacking teams.
