I am betting Forest +0.75 and also under 2.25 goals to be scored, when an underdog offers values in football matches the under usually is and that is the case with this game. For me this is more about opposing West Ham who were once again dreadful at the weekend when they faced Tottenham away and offered pretty much nothing attacking wise for the entire game registering an xG of just 0.37, West Ham having only scored 19 goals this season and I think it is a big ask to ask them to cover a -0.75 handicap line against a very well organised team like Forest who managed to draw 1-1 with Man City in their last match. I believe Forest will come for a point and defend and with West Ham having Bowen as a doubt and Scamacca still injured they look like a side seriously lacking fire power and happy to bet a very well coached Nottingham Forest +0.75 and under 2.25 goals.
