I am betting Cardiff City +1 here tonight, West Brom have looked good in these early games and some may say they have been unlucky not to collect more points but they seem to have issues scoring goals, and -1 in a tight division such as this is a big handicap. I believe this offers value on Cardiff tonight who won well at the weekend at home to Birmingham and have an extra 24 hours rest on West Brom who played away from home against Blackburn only on Sunday. I think +1 is worth a bet and is a big handicap to cover for a team who struggle to score goals.
