Tigre vs Banfield
Tigre pushed defending champions Boca Juniors hard last Wednesday, but they ended up losing 5-3 away from home in an exciting match. Banfield secured an important victory last Wednesday, when beating CA Central Cordoba 2-1 at home in a hard-fought match thanks to goals from Alejandro Cabrera and Giuliano Galoppo. Tha team made it four points in three matches in the Liga Profesional and put an end to their four-game winless streak of three draws and one loss in league action. As a result,, El Taladro are now occupying 11th spot in the aggregate table, which would give them a ticket to the Copa Sudamericana 2023.
Tigre comes from conceding 5 but scoring 3, their attack is always dangerous but they’ve been struggling defensively and I can expect this trend to continue and see at least a couple of goals here.
