Spain vs Croatia

Spain welcome beaten World Cup finalist Croatia on Tuesday night fresh from an impressive 2-1 win over England in Wembley and did so after finding themselves 1-0 down. They outplayed England for long periods and looked a much better side than the Spanish side we saw in Russia at the World Cup. There is no doubt the Croats are in good form and Portugal only scored late in their friendly on Thursday but teams than often overachieve and what I refer to as a hangover and we may see this with Croatia. In addition, you could argue Spain are maybe slightly underrated still following their World Cup showing and Croatia overrated. I am going for Spain to keep their good start going under new coach Luis Enrique and betting them -0.75 at the current odds.
