Latvia vs Andorra
I am betting Latvia to beat Andorra here on the -1 handicap, I have a lot of value on them ahead of this match, they have been very competitive in their recent games while not always getting the result. They went down losing only 1-0 to the Netherlands, and then lost 2-1 to Turkey, where Turkey scored a 99th minute penalty, they also drew away to Norway 0-0. I think Andorra will do well to keep it to a 2 goals defeat and I think Latvia are well worth backing on the -1 line.
