I am betting the under here, the line is 3 and this game reminds of a match these team played 2018 where they drew 0-0 and i don’t think a similar result today will be a bad result for either team at this stage of the season. I think this is a must not lose for both sides rather than a most win match so both could be content with a point each and move on. These matches have averaged 3.27 goals since 2016 in the premier league but some of those involved one of the teams having to push so that would those matches more open. Liverpool without doubt have some frailties at the back but they still have only conceded 4 goals this season and 3 of those were at Brentford last weekend while City have only conceded 1 goal so far this season, they are without doubt the best defensive side in the premier league. As i said the fact that neither side has to push in this match points me towards the under and i believe that is where the value is in this match. The handicap line is a draw no bet and usually these types of matches point to the teams being closely matched and tend to be lower scoring as a result so betting under 3 goals.
