Boca vs Patronato
Boca Juniors remain struggling in the Liga Profesional. Last Sunday, they lost 1-0 away at Estudiantes, which dropped them down to the 24th spot with only four points (and eight points away from the Copa Libertadores’ spots in the aggregate table). In fact, coach Miguel Angel Russo left the club after nine games without a win in league action, drawing six in regular time and losing three. At home, El Xeneize lost to San Lorenzo and drew with Argentinos Juniors in this tournament.
Thanks to a goal from Leandro Marin in the second half, Patronato managed to beat CA Central Cordoba 1-0 at home, which broke their three-match winless streak of two draws and one defeat. The team made it 11 points in six rounds to continue increasing their points average (sitting in 21st spot in the relegation table). On away turf, Ivan Delfino’s men grabbed four points so far as a product of one win, one draw and one loss.
As bas as Boca has been this season so far and that they are in the middle of a coach change, I feel like this line is too low and worth a bet.
