I am betting Manchester City today, they have not played that well this season but there have been reasons for it imo, I think they will come right and come right quite, hopefully, today, they did not look ready in the opening games, they then had no proper strikers available with injuries to Jesus and Aguero and then absolute key man Kevin De Bruyne, who is still a doubt today but is back in training, could return alongside City’s best defender in Laporte. Those returning players will be a massive boost to City, it will be the first time all season they have their first 11 out or very close to their first 11, Guardiola refused to say if both players will start but I would be hopeful that they will at least feature at some point.
West Ham got an amazing result last week coming back from 3-0 down to draw 3-3, they were totally outplayed in this match for me and extremely lucky to take anything against Spurs and against better opposition they are in for another tough day at the office and I make City a bet -1.25 around current odds.
