I think West Ham may come here and look for a point or certainly play on the counter, Newcastle to be fair have hit form but they always struggle against a side who sit in against them and they have to try and break down. They have failed to beat Aston Villa, Burnley, Norwich, Brighton, Watford this season as well as failed to beat League One side Oxford Utd, bar a win v Bournemouth their record against the bottom 3rd teams in the league is quite poor and I can see West Ham frustrating them here. I don’t have any value in the match odds, I believe it is a coin toss who should be favourites but I believe there is value in the Under 2.5 goals, I think this match will play tight and the actual handicap line suggests there is going to be very little between the teams, with so little supremacy between sides it tends to pull down the goal expectancy for the games. Newcastle has had 19 of their 33 games go under 2.5 goals while West have seen half of their 32 games go under. I just think this match will play tight and I think Under 2.5 is worth a bet at +1.9.
